  • Our apprach to learning is experimental and informal,Don't Look back drama (DLB) takes a Person Centred approach to supporting excluded people by developing there skills and confidence through artistic projects and workshops tailored to their needs.

  •  We work as a collective to develop work based skills via our Youth Participation Scheme- Train the Trainer.

  • We present plays performed by Young People.

  • We meet participants practical needs by training them to be professional trainers.

  • We  aim to produce high quality work for general audiences so that a wider public can share in the company’s learning and understand the issues Young People.
