- Our apprach to learning is experimental and informal,Don't Look back drama (DLB) takes a Person Centred approach to supporting excluded people by developing there skills and confidence through artistic projects and workshops tailored to their needs.
- We work as a collective to develop work based skills via our Youth Participation Scheme- Train the Trainer.
- We present plays performed by Care and Ex Care -Experienced Young People and Adults for audiences to share experiences and find solutions together.
- We meet participants practical needs by training them to be professional trainers and supporting them in matters of education,employment and training.
- We aim to produce high quality work for general audiences so that a wider public can share in the company’s learning and understand the issues facing Children, Young People and Adults who are currently Looked After and Leaving Care .
